Escea's full range is available in New Zealand – gas, wood, and electric fireplaces for indoors, plus a range of outdoor fireplaces. Across those fuel types, you'll find inbuilt, retrofittable, and freestanding models, in styles ranging from classic and traditional through to linear and multi-sided options.

Escea has a dedicated in-house Architectural Advisory service, providing free support at both the planning and implementation stages of a project.

The team can assist with reviewing plans, advising on fireplace integration, and resolving technical considerations such as fluing, clearances, placement, and finishing materials.

We also provide a full suite of specifier and trade resources — including CAD and BIM files — to support specification, along with CPD and product training for architects and design teams.

Yes, many inbuilt fireplaces can be designed to accommodate a TV above.

Electric offers the most flexibility, while Escea gas fireplaces allow clearances as low as 200mm when installed to specification. Wood fireplaces are also possible, but require greater clearances and careful design.
