The DS Series has a small footprint and a big impact - the fire is frameless, drawing your eye straight to the flames. With a large window, the double sided DS fires give you a clear view of a generous fuel bed, large flames and the room next door. Great for visually connecting two spaces, not to mention heating them as well.

The choice of fascia and fuelbed options allow you to create the look to suit your home. A low height and Flexible Flue and Powered Vent technology gives you the freedom to put the fireplace anywhere. No walls required and no compromise on your design.

Truly Frameless

The DS Series has taken away everything you don’t need for a minimalist look that focuses on the flame. These fires are truly frameless – where the wall ends the glass begins.

Room Sealed Design.

Escea indoor fireplaces are all glass-fronted with power flueing, so the room air and the firebox air do not mix. This not only helps with heat efficiency, it also makes them airtight and safe from fumes. Giving you a dry and healthy home, with complete peace of mind.

Design Freedom.

Escea’s Powered Direct Vent Flue uses efficient fan technology to heat the room but not the flue. The system also allows the flue to run up, down, and even horizontally - giving you the design flexibility to put your fireplace anywhere.

Double the Appeal.

Escea’s DS Series fireplaces can be single or double sided. A see-through, double sided fire option makes for a dramatic partition and is a great way to connect two spaces.

Walk into Warmth.

Escea SmartHeat connects your fire to your home network and gives you control of your fireplace from your smartphone. Whether you’re driving home from work on a cold winter’s night, or just relaxing on the couch…the perfect temperature is only a swipe away.

TV right above.

TVs and fireplaces just go together. And this fireplace has a reduced TV clearance minimum of 200mm above the top of the firebox, for your screen viewing pleasure.

Surround Choice.

This fireplace has a Zero Rated clearance which means the interior wall stays cool enough to handle most materials. There's no need for expensive fire-rated wall constructions and when it comes to the fireplace surround, you have a wider range of choices.

Reflective Side Panels.

You can choose to add reflective panels to the side walls of the fire box. The panels’ mirror-like surface reflects the flame and the fuel bed, making the fire appear larger.

Wire Mesh Screen (Optional).

As an extra, you can add a deflector screen to increase the contrast of the flame and to reduce reflections. The screen also makes it more difficult for little fingers or loose clothing to touch the hot glass.
